Our story — since 2001

Formed by IT professionals. Built on 25 years of on-site, private cloud and hybrid infrastructure.

Cascade Support was formed in 2001 by IT professionals who saw that small and mid-sized businesses in the Greater Seattle area were being underserved — offered either enterprise solutions they couldn't afford or consumer-grade fixes that couldn't carry a business.

For 25 years, we've closed that gap: designing, deploying, and supporting on-premise, private cloud, and hybrid infrastructure for companies of 10–250 people. Our private cloud has run continuously from the same Lynnwood data center for 18 years.

Today, that same approach extends to AI. We put private AI on hardware in your building — specced, installed, and maintained by the same local team that's been keeping Seattle-area businesses running for two and a half decades.
